Marketing Challenge:

Hotels traditionally rely heavily on printed brochures to try to give potential customers a sense of what makes the facility desirable, but these printed materials are poor marketing tools because their limited visual appeal makes every hotel's brochure looks identical to every other. Marriott Courtyard is different from other hotels and wanted to ensure that potential customers understood what makes it the smartest choice for travelers. To do that, Marriott Courtyard wanted a promotional product with greater visual appeal that would allow prospective customers to see and feel what makes Marriott Courtyard special before they ever set foot inside the hotel.

Marriott Courtyard used custom 3-D reels and viewers to give prospective customers a stunning visual introduction to Marriott Courtyard that combines 3-D images with information about the hotel's superior facilities, service, and value. Marriott Courtyard used these 3-D promotional products in a highly successful proactive marketing campaign that generated an increase in lucrative corporate accounts that resulted in an immediate return on investment of 800%. Marriott Courtyard plans to continue using 3-D promotional products to build its brand and generate sales.
