Dear Mark,
We are so pleased with the results of your portraits
of our daughter Emily and her horse, Nike. We wanted to present
something very special to our daughter for Christmas. We appreciate
how you traveled some distance to Nike's 'home barn' in Ashland,
Ohio. Our daughter was concerned that a trailer ride to Olmsted
Falls would leave Nike too wound up to stand still for anything.
Nevertheless, Nike was far more interested in getting
back to the barn and to her oats than in being 'belle of the ball'.
So much so, in fact, that Emily called her dad right after the
photo session and said we had wasted our money on the photography
fee! She did not think anything usable could be salvaged.
So imagine our delight when we saw SO MANY excellent
shots to chose from when we saw the photos. We appreciate the
time you took with us to pick the right shots and especially enjoyed
your explanations of how you digitally blended the best of Emily
and Nike's images into each shot! We also appreciate your obvious
patience to get the setting and Nike's appearance just so rather
than just 'getting the job done'.
We love the portraits of our daughter with a very
important (and very big) member of our family. We would recommend
your services for equestrian or other animal portraiture to anyone.
